Stop what you’re doin’ and get your dance on this month at Title Town Soul & Funk Party when we welcome one of the premier record and dance party crews in the U.S., DJ’s BSears & Coolhands of THE NEW DAY Funk and Soul Night and FRIENDS OF SOUND RECORDS in AUSTIN, TEXAS.

We’re goin’ head-to-head, tune-for-tune as we join forces with two of our favorite rare vinyl specialists all the way from the Lone Star State.

We don’t do guest DJs every month, but this is a party we’ve been most looking forward to. If, for some reason, you need to be persuaded — The New Day has been holding it down every month with a wide-spread spectrum of rare soul and massively funky funk from the ‘60s through the early ‘80s and has attracted regular guest DJ spots from some of the heaviest collectors in the game.

In a city known as the live music capital of the world, The New Day has been holding its own and has created a vibe that connects with people…with the some of the finest, funkiest flowing selections of rare soul vinyl around.

Finally, expect drink specials, funky SOUL TRAIN projections on the wall and the Brassero Grill gourmet taco truck parked outside. Don’t forget, you must enter through the Shadow Lounge entrance on Baum Boulevard to get in. There is NO admission to TITLE TOWN through AVA Lounge.
